I grew up in Traverse City, MI, but have been living in the Ann Arbor area since leaving high school. After graduating from the University of Michigan in 2015, I accepted a position teaching middle school English at Scarlett Middle School in Ann Arbor. I've been with AAPS ever since. 

 

During the pandemic, I realized the potential that online learning could hold, and I was inspired by the possibilities. I am now truly grateful to be working with the dedicated and like-minded staff at A2 Virtual+. 

 

In my free time, I enjoy exploring the outdoors with my dog, grilling on the back porch, playing guitar, and reading. Working virtually requires a lot of screen-time, so I have developed a passion for doing things with my hands like leatherwork and woodcraft. It's good to make things!
